Our customer friendly return policy allows for a privilege of returning eligible items within 3 days from delivery date. Please inform us through one of our contact channels first in 24 hours, in order to allow for a smooth return process. You will be given a credit note or product replacement option.
If you don't like the product and need to return or replace it, we facilitate credit process or product replacement. The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. The items must be returned in their original packaging including dust bags, eye glass cases and gift boxes.The courier charge is applicable.
If the return is due to a mistake at our end, we will be glad to take care of collection and shipping to our warehouse; in all other cases you should send the item to our warehouse using any shipping company of your choice. In any case you should inform us properly and within the defined timelines for any return.
You can return any item eligible for return if there is a valid reason. The same policy rules and procedures apply for items which were bought during a promotion, using vouchers or store credit.
